All content on this website — including the VISTARMAN persona, music compositions, lyrics, images, video clips, AI-generated content, brand assets, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of VISTARMAN UNIVERSE PRIVATE LIMITED.
No content may be used, reproduced, distributed, or modified without explicit written license from the Company. Enrollment in a Creator Plan constitutes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use specified assets under the terms of that plan.
The VISTARMAN Creator System offers three tiers: VISTARIAN (free), VISTARIST (₹5,000 per project), and VISTARISTIC (₹1,00,000 per project). Each tier grants specific usage rights as detailed in the Creator Guidelines. Licenses are non-transferable.
You may not use VISTARMAN content to:
Creator Plan fees are non-refundable once the license has been granted and content access provided. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).
The Company reserves the right to terminate any license immediately and without notice upon breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh.
